On a statement: STATEMENT FEE
A monthly charge for producing the statement you're reading, sometimes called a 'service fee' or 'account fee'. It costs the processor almost nothing to generate a PDF. Small on its own; it adds up with the other flat fees around it.
What a fair version looks like
$0–$10 a month. Many processors have dropped it entirely.

We ask for it to be waived. It usually is.
